Photographers, directors and producers are attracted to the building due to its proximity to central London and their ability to create multiple scenes within a single characterful destination. The building is filled with beautiful furniture and offers 24/7 secure access, off street parking for up to 6-9 cars, hassle free loading via a 5 meter high roller shutter and Three Phase Power with a 63 amp connection.
The building is equipped with six bedrooms, three separate kitchens, 35 workstations, full mechanical ventilation, its own solar power, 10 bathrooms, Super fast broadband (999 Mbps) with CAT6 repeaters and several high quality sound systems for the discerning audiophile.
In addition, we can offer a rental service for all lighting, camera and location equipment through highly experienced account handlers and technical staff at Loft Studios who are on hand to advise and help build the perfect kit for delivery and collection on either side of the shoot in electric powered transporters.
