16 Wotton Road is a vacant industrial building in Cricklewood, London NW2 totalling 1,161 sq m (12,500 sq ft). It was formerly an interwar aircraft factory occupied by Handley Page, more recently it was used as an MOT garage, although it has been vacant since 2014.
Planning Permission has recently been secured to refurbish the existing building to create a well designed, contemporary and desirable 633 sq m (6,813 sq ft) workspace at ground floor level with a single lateral apartment above with outdoor space.
It is intended that the building will be highly sustainable as we recognise that by designing and remodelling the existing, we can greatly reduce its environmental impact.
